Palmetto membership includes $10, which will be sent to the Terry McCoy Leadership Scholarship. This scholarship helps to send deserving students to the summer leadership camp, which was Mr. McCoy's passion.  Palmetto members will be able to send one additional delegate to the Summer Leadership Camp.
