The Decades of Leadership are in the past.     We looked into the past and learned ways to improve the future with 185 delegates, JC's and staff members.  We worked on ways to reduce stress, reflect on the best advice from leaders of the past, and explore our options to weigh the risk and take a chance.    Meet us next year, same time and same place as we discover the leadership super heroes in each of us.
