                          71st Annual SCASC State Conference
                                         Chapin High School
                                          March 29-31, 2019

Time:  Friday 4:00 pm to Sunday 12:30 pm.
Please don’t arrive at the school until after 4:00 pm on Friday.


Registration Dates                                                                                 Cost:
Early: February 1st (to be considered for homestay)                       $100 delegates, $75 advisors
Regular: February 22nd                                                                        After 2/22:: $120 delegates,         
Final Deadline: March 8th                                                                    $95 advisors

Registration must be done online and all forms and money must be received to be complete.

Limit of 15 delegates per school. See the Composite Form for additional delegates.
Advisors do not count in the 15.  Schools are not limited to the number of advisors that they bring.   Current State and District officers do not count in the 15 and are not required to pay the registration fee.

Housing
Homestay will be offered first come, first serve.  
Students will be housed in the homes of families in the community at no cost to the student.  Breakfast and transportation from the school to the family’s home will be provided by the host family.  You will be contacted if your students get homestay.  It is tradition for each student with homestay to bring a small thank you gift for their host family.

Hotels: 
Advisors must make hotel reservations for themselves and the students that do not have homestay.
You must provide your own transportation between the hotel and the school.

Other
Dress is casual and must meet the dress code.  Dress at the banquet and dance is dressy casual (Stay away from jeans and tennis shoes).
